Printkraft Pvt Ltd seeks a skilled Assistant Officer to join its creative team. The ideal candidate holds a Graduate or Diploma in Creative Design from a recognized institute and possesses 1 to 2 years of experience in graphic design within large scale offset printing and packaging industries. This role demands expertise in either the mechanical or creative aspect of graphic designing related to packaging works, ensuring precision and quality output. The candidate must demonstrate a strong command of Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as CorelDRAW, to produce visually compelling and technically accurate design layouts. The position requires a proficient understanding of color management processes and color separations critical for print production workflows. The Assistant Officer will contribute to planning layouts, preparing artwork for large scale print sheets, and ensuring color consistency throughout the design and production phases. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders within the packaging and printing domain. This role does not involve team management but requires dedication to delivering high-quality designs that meet the company’s standards and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute graphic designs for packaging and offset printing projects using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.
• Prepare mechanical and creative artwork in accordance with packaging requirements, ensuring accuracy in color separations and print layouts.
• Plan and produce print layouts by arranging multiple ups on printing sheets to maximize material utilization and production efficiency.
• Apply advanced color management techniques to maintain color consistency and fidelity from digital design through to final print output.
• Collaborate with printing and packaging teams to troubleshoot and resolve design-related production issues promptly.
• Review and refine graphic designs to align with brand guidelines, client specifications, and technical print standards.
• Ensure all graphic deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within established deadlines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, printing technologies, and Adobe software updates to enhance design quality and workflow.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Maintain organized design files and documentation to support efficient project management and future reference.
