Printkraft Pvt Ltd. is looking for experienced professional having Bachelor's in Applied Arts (Printing, Packaging & Publishing) with Minimum 3 to 5 years hands-on experience of Designing and Visual Arts (Graphic Design) in medium or large scale Printing & Packaging Industry. The Sr. Officer will be responsible for producing high-quality graphic designs that meet the company’s standards for printing and packaging products. This position demands meticulous attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of the production process from concept to finished product. The candidate will work closely with production teams to ensure design accuracy and optimize material usage. While this is not a managerial role, the Sr. Officer acts as a key contributor in the creative workflow, supporting project deadlines and maintaining consistency across packaging materials. Proficiency with MS Office and related software is also expected to facilitate efficient communication and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop compelling graphic designs for printing and packaging using Adobe Creative Suite and CorelDRAW.
- Prepare and optimize layouts, ensuring precision in off-set color separation and adherence to quality control standards.
- Utilize Heidelberg Prepress System to manage pre-press tasks and enhance printing workflows.
- Collaborate with production teams to select appropriate materials, inks, varnishes, and packaging components.
- Conduct soft proofing and revise designs to meet print specifications and client requirements.
- Maintain consistency and brand integrity across all graphic assets involved in packaging design.
- Manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet strict deadlines.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure design feasibility and production quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends and innovations in printing technology and packaging design.
- Document design processes and maintain accurate records of all projects and communications.
