International Trade Links is looking for a skilled Air Conditioning Technician with at least three years of experience to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will specialize in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of central HVAC and refrigeration systems. This role involves hands-on work with various cooling equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing system faults, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and maintaining detailed service records. Additionally, this position requires managing a team of 10 technicians, overseeing their daily activities, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. As part of the maintenance and repair team, the Air Conditioning Technician plays a vital role in supporting the operational efficiency of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units. The job demands technical expertise in handling chillers, compressors, Air Handling Units (AHUs), and Fan Coil Units (FCUs). The technician will be expected to adhere strictly to safety protocols and company standards while working on electrical wiring and complex HVAC systems. Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair central HVAC and refrigeration systems efficiently and according to safety standards.
• Troubleshoot issues with chillers, compressors, AHUs, FCUs, and various cooling systems to diagnose faults and restore functionality.
• Perform thorough preventive and corrective maintenance to optimize equipment performance and extend lifespan.
• Oversee and guide a team of 10 technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain accurate service records documenting all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
• Manage electrical wiring tasks specific to HVAC systems with precision and safety awareness.
• Evaluate system performance regularly and recommend improvements or upgrades where necessary.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors as required to support system maintenance and installation.
• Provide technical training and support to team members to enhance their skills and job effectiveness.
