International Trade Links is seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Technician with at least three years of hands-on experience to join their team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate specializes in the installation, maintenance, and repair of central HVAC and refrigeration systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. This role involves working with a variety of equipment such as chillers, compressors, Air Handling Units (AHUs), and Fan Coil Units (FCUs), with a strong emphasis on troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance system efficiency. The Air Conditioning Technician follows strict safety protocols while maintaining service documentation and delivering high-quality service. Although this position does not require managing a team, it demands a proactive individual capable of working independently or alongside other technicians to meet the company's operational standards and customer satisfaction goals. Responsibilities

• Install central HVAC and refrigeration systems in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on chillers, compressors, AHUs, and FCUs to ensure system reliability.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in HVAC and refrigeration equipment promptly to minimize downtime.
• Repair components and systems efficiently to restore full operational capacity.
• Conduct system diagnostics to verify equipment performance and identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Maintain detailed service records documenting maintenance and repair activities accurately.
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures and industrial guidelines during installation and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to plan and execute maintenance schedules.
• Recommend improvements and upgrades to HVAC and refrigeration systems based on observations and customer feedback.
• Manage tools, equipment, and parts inventory to support timely completion of jobs.
• Deliver technical support and guidance to customers on proper system operation and maintenance.
• Keep updated with new technology, techniques, and regulations in the refrigeration and HVAC industry to maintain professional knowledge.
