The technician must adhere strictly to safety and personal protective equipment guidelines to ensure a safe working environment during all service activities. Although this position does not involve managing a team, strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with customers and colleagues, ensuring superior service delivery and problem resolution. The KLE Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the operational efficiency of kitchen and laundry equipment by performing preventative and corrective maintenance tasks. This role requires excellent problem-solving capabilities and technical diagnostic skills to identify and resolve equipment faults promptly. The technician will engage closely with clients to communicate technical issues, service updates, and recommendations clearly. Responsibilities

• Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately, including parts used and time spent on tasks.
• Participate in continuous professional development to stay current with the latest technologies and repair techniques in kitchen and laundry equipment.
