Irena Global Travel & HR Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior UK, USA & Schengen Visa Consultant to expertly guide clients through the complexities of visa application processes for these regions. This role demands an in-depth understanding of immigration laws and regulations across the UK, USA, and Schengen countries, alongside proven skills in client consultation and advisory. The consultant must be capable of independently managing case files, verifying necessary documentation, and ensuring full compliance with the latest procedures and immigration policies. Strong communication abilities and client service orientation are essential to deliver clear guidance and build trust through each step of the visa application journey. The successful candidate will handle a broad scope of visa-related services including document management, interview preparation, and coaching clients to increase their chances of a successful visa grant. While this role does not include team management responsibilities, the consultant will work closely with internal stakeholders and external parties to streamline case documentation and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing visa protocols. This position requires at least three years of relevant visa consultancy experience to provide expert, accurate, and comprehensive service tailored to individual client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on visa application processing for UK, USA, and Schengen countries, ensuring adherence to all immigration laws and regulations.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to evaluate eligibility and advise on the most suitable visa categories and application strategies.
• Verify and manage all client documents meticulously to maintain strict compliance with the latest immigration and visa requirements.
• Maintain accurate case management records using established systems to track application status and progress efficiently.
• Prepare clients for visa interviews through detailed coaching and mock sessions, enhancing their readiness and confidence.
• Liaise with immigration authorities and other relevant entities to clarify procedural requirements and address client concerns effectively.
• Stay current with changes in immigration policies, visa processing procedures, and related legal frameworks affecting UK, USA, and Schengen visa applications.
• Advise clients on potential risks or issues in their visa applications and recommend appropriate solutions to overcome challenges.
• Work independently to manage a diverse portfolio of visa cases while collaborating with internal teams for smooth client service delivery.
• Ensure exceptional client service through timely communication, transparency, and personalized support to enhance client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain expertise in specialized visa categories and programs relevant to the consultancy's focus regions.
• Assist the consultancy in improving operational workflows related to visa application handling based on ongoing case experiences and regulatory updates.
