Content Production:

• Produce donor-facing content across video, photography, written narrative, and social formats for fundraising campaigns, appeals, and donor communications

• Translate complex programme data and field activity into clear, emotionally resonant stories that support fundraising targets

• Maintain a consistent narrative voice and visual standard across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, email, TikTok)

• Support major campaigns and events during Ramadan, emergency appeals, back-to-school, winter campaigns with content calendars and asset pipelines delivered on deadline

 

Relationship Building & Point of Contact:

• Act as the primary point of contact for Media and Fundraising team in Karachi 

• Build sustained working relationships with leads across country programmes

• Serve as content POC for corporate partners coordinating co-branded assets, partnership visibility deliverables, and campaign tie-ins in Karachi

• Liaise with donors and communications counterparts to understand what content resonates and feed that back into production planning

• Represent the Media and Fundraising function in cross-departmental planning where content needs intersect with programme timelines

 

Coordination & Process

• Manage a rolling content request intake from across departments, prioritizing against campaign calendars and fundraising deadlines

• Ensure field visits, interviews, and shoots are properly scheduled, consented, and safeguarded per IRP protocol

• Maintain an organized content library/archive for reuse across appeals, reports, and donor communications

 

Qualification:

BS/ Master’s in social sciences, Mass Comm, Media Studies

Courses in filmmaking/documentary filming

Experience:

Minimum experience of similar role in NGO setup:

3 year experience with masters degree and 5 with bachelors degree

Computer Skills:

MS Office, Outlook, ERP systems familiarity 

Equipment Management including cameras, lights, microphones, tripods. 

Language:

Pahari, Hindko, Punjabi, Urdu, Pushto, Sindhi, Balochi and English

Job location

Karachi (In rotation with different locations of Sindh, Punjab, KP & Baluchistan)
