Description
Under the overall umbrella of People & Culture department, the incumbent shall support the smooth operations by working closely with P & C team in terms of talent acquisition, coordination, processing of staff related matters, meeting reporting deadlines, audit and compliance with standard policies and capacity building of field teams through regular field visits.
Responsibilities
- Processing of monthly payroll as per cost charging mechanism.
- Record keeping of payment and settlement of advances, statutory payments, accruals, project cross charging etc
- EOBI payment through FS generated vouchers and its record keeping
- Compensation & benefits surveys on periodic basis
- Processing of final settlement and its record keeping
- –Facilitation in project & statutory audits
- Release of new offers, contract extension/conclusion and relevant letters
- Provide inputs in project budgets as & when needed.
- Participate in investigation/ disciplinary matters as & when needed.
- Assist in policy/forms & formats development as per need.
- Support in designing and maintaining P & C analytics and its reporting in the form of a dynamic dashboard.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and sympathy with Islamic values and principles as well as commitment to Islamic Relief Worldwide vision, mission, Safeguarding, PSEA and core values.
Qualification: Master / Bachelor degree in HR/Management Sciences / related subjects
Experience: 3 Years’ experience with Master &/or 5 years with Bachelor degree
Computer Skills: MS Office, Outlook, ERP systems familiarity
Language: Urdu, English and local languages
Value Added Skills:
· Very Good Knowledge of People Operations
· MS office (especially in MS Excel)
· Networking & self confidence
· Excellent understanding of market practises, best management practises in Operations
