The ideal candidate has at least two years of proven experience in digital marketing within the real estate sector and a strong command of social media marketing tools and strategies. This role requires a creative individual capable of crafting engaging content, designing professional posts, producing and editing reels and videos, writing compelling captions, and meticulously planning content calendars to captivate and grow our audience. In addition to content creation, the candidate must demonstrate proficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Advertising. Responsibilities include audience targeting, lead generation, paid promotions, campaign analysis, optimization, and reporting to ensure maximum reach and quality enquiry generation for commercial real estate projects. This position demands proactive handling of daily social media activities, creative marketing strategy development, and generating measurable results without team management duties.

Responsibilities

• Design, create, and publish engaging content for Facebook and Instagram tailored to the real estate market.
• Plan and maintain detailed content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
