Responsibilities

• Process customer financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle cash and other financial instruments securely and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance related to financial services.
• Verify customer identification and account information to prevent fraud and maintain security standards.
• Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and prepare necessary reports for audit and compliance purposes.
• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
• Promote products and services offered by Isuzu Lyallpur Motors to customers when appropriate.
• Assist in training new teller staff and contribute to team efforts to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies or suspicious activities promptly to management as per protocol.
• Continuously update knowledge of financial regulations and company policies to improve performance.
