They possess a solid understanding of website builders like WordPress and fundamental coding knowledge including HTML and CSS. While this position does not involve managing a team, it demands excellent time management, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude towards client satisfaction and performance excellence. The designer must maintain a professional home office setup suitable for creative work and adhere to the company's policies regarding data security, productivity monitoring, and intellectual property.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually engaging websites using WordPress and other website builders, ensuring responsiveness and optimal user experience across devices.
• Create compelling graphic designs for various company needs including brand identity, marketing materials, and digital content following established graphic design principles.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and UI/UX tools like Figma and Adobe XD to deliver high-quality designs meeting client specifications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into effective design solutions, incorporating feedback and revisions promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of contemporary design trends, AI-powered design tools, and responsive web design practices to continuously enhance deliverables.
• Prepare and optimize website content with a foundational understanding of HTML and CSS for improved loading speeds and user engagement.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
• Maintain a professional work environment at home equipped with reliable hardware and stable internet connection, ensuring availability during scheduled hours.
• Adhere strictly to company policies concerning the use of systems, software, and data confidentiality, and ensure all designs comply with intellectual property regulations.
• Track and report work productivity accurately through company monitoring software, aiming to meet or exceed performance standards at all times.
• Participate in monthly performance reviews, continuously seek skill enhancement opportunities, and contribute positively to team objectives and business growth.
