Itek is offering an exciting on-site internship opportunity for fresh 2D or 3D artists who are eager to start their careers in digital art and animation. This internship is designed for individuals with little to no professional experience, providing a supportive studio environment where interns can develop their skills with hands-on training and mentorship. Candidates will gain practical exposure to digital illustration, 3D modeling, texturing, and material creation using industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop and Blender. Interns will work closely with experienced artists and receive guidance to improve artistic techniques and workflow efficiency. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about visual arts and want to build a strong foundation in both 2D and 3D digital artistry. The internship requires on-site attendance at the DHA Phase Ex Park View, Lahore location, ensuring direct collaboration and immersive learning experience within the Itek studio.
Responsibilities
- Create original 2D digital illustrations and 3D models under the supervision of senior artists.
- Assist in texturing and applying materials to 3D models using software tools like Blender and Adobe Photoshop.
- Collaborate with the team to understand project goals and contribute creatively to art assets development.
- Follow provided guidelines and feedback to continuously improve artwork quality and consistency.
- Maintain organized project files and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks during the internship.
- Learn and practice new techniques for digital art and 3D modeling through hands-on assignments.
- Attend regular studio meetings and actively participate in training sessions to enhance artistic skills.
- Adapt to the studio work environment by following professional standards and studio protocols.
- Support other artists by preparing assets and assisting in the development of studio projects as needed.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning new software tools and artistic methods.
