Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of five members to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks and achievement of team goals.
• Coordinate and oversee daily operations within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
• Utilize computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, to prepare reports, track data, and maintain accurate records.
• Support various departments by performing administrative and operational duties as required.
• Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance team productivity and workflow.
• Monitor team performance and provide timely feedback and guidance to improve outcomes.
• Maintain clear and effective communication channels within the team and across departments.
