Description
Its Global is seeking a motivated Customer Support Sales ExecutiveITS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has between 1 and 1.5 years of customer support sales experience and demonstrates excellent communication and persuasion skills. This position requires fluency in English and the ability to confidently engage with customers to meet and exceed sales targets. Although team management is not part of this role, the successful candidate will work collaboratively within the sales department to contribute to the company’s growth and customer satisfaction goals. In this role, you will respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide comprehensive product and service information, and assist customers throughout the sales process. You will be responsible for building strong relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role requires a target-oriented mindset, confidence in communicating the value of products or services, and the flexibility to support the sales team in various tasks as needed. Previous experience in sales is considered an advantage and will help in achieving the key performance indicators set by Its Global.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat professionally and promptly.
- Assist customers in understanding product features and benefits to support purchasing decisions.
- Work towards meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Document customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the relevant systems.
- Collaborate with the sales department to share customer feedback and market insights.
- Remain knowledgeable about current products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional service to create a positive reputation for the company.
- Support any additional sales initiatives or campaigns as required by management.
