Description
IW Systems is looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to join the team onsite at Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. The ideal candidate specializes in identifying and pursuing high-quality software and web development projects on the Upwork platform through strategic proposal writing and client interaction. This role demands a deep understanding of various development services, including WordPress, custom web and software development, API integration, AI-driven applications, mobile development, and DevOps. The Upwork Bidder must demonstrate excellent written communication skills and the ability to tailor proposals to fit client needs, ensuring a strong match between IW Systems' capabilities and project requirements. The candidate will diligently search for suitable projects, evaluate job postings to confirm alignment with company services, and submit customized, compelling proposals that highlight relevant experience and portfolio samples. Attention to detail, consistency in daily bidding activities, and the capacity to analyze bidding performance and client trends are essential. This position involves no team management responsibilities but requires a proactive approach to meet daily bidding targets and continuously enhance proposal effectiveness to maximize conversion rates on the Upwork platform.
Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant software, web development, and related projects on the Upwork platform.
- Thoroughly review job postings to evaluate suitability based on IW Systems' expertise and service offerings.
- Prepare and submit high-quality, customized proposals tailored to each client’s project requirements.
- Write clear and strong proposal openings that directly address client needs and project objectives.
- Understand technical project descriptions to ensure proposals accurately reflect solutions and services offered.
- Select and highlight the most relevant portfolio examples and prior work experiences specific to each job proposal.
- Conduct research on clients' profiles and job history to fine-tune proposals and improve success rates.
- Focus on targeting quality project opportunities that hold strong potential for positive client responses and project conversion.
- Maintain consistent daily bidding activity in line with IW Systems' internal guidelines and business goals.
- Track and document all submitted proposals, connects used, client responses, and overall bidding performance metrics.
- Analyze response data and update bidding strategies to enhance future proposal impact and improve win rates.
- Stay informed about market trends and demands within software development, AI applications, DevOps, mobile development, and business process automation to optimize bid targeting.
- Adhere strictly to IW Systems' bidding protocols and daily targets, ensuring professional representation of the company on Upwork.
