Jalal Sons is seeking a dedicated and efficient Pizza/Fast Food Helper with at least one year of experience in food preparation and customer service. This role involves assisting in various kitchen operations, ensuring all food items are prepared following safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is familiar with kitchen equipment operation and adheres strictly to safety compliance protocols while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position does not include team management responsibilities but requires strong collaboration with kitchen and service staff to support smooth restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of pizza and other fast food items by following established recipes and presentation guidelines. Ensure all ingredients are stocked and properly stored to maintain freshness and quality. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and slicers, while adhering to safety compliance standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas to meet health and safety regulations. Support the customer service team by responding to customer requests promptly and courteously. Monitor inventory levels and assist in reporting shortages to management to ensure continuous supply. Comply with all company policies and local food safety laws to promote a safe working environment. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals and improve overall efficiency. Assist in waste management by disposing of food waste and packaging materials properly. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new food preparation techniques and safety practices.
