Jamal Polymers is seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations departments. This internship program provides fresh BBA or BS (Hons) graduates with a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. Interns at Jamal Polymers engage in practical tasks and projects that contribute to their professional growth while receiving a stipend over a three-month period. This position does not require prior work experience and is designed to build foundational skills in the respective departments. As an intern, you will work closely with experienced professionals to support daily operations and contribute to achieving departmental goals. Your role will involve assisting with data analysis, preparing presentations, supporting communication efforts, and improving processes within the team. While this position does not involve managing a team, strong collaboration and effective communication are essential to succeed and learn in this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales department with updating records, preparing sales presentations, and supporting client communications.
• Support the Supply Chain team in tracking inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and monitoring logistics operations.
• Contribute to Operations processes by documenting workflows, analyzing data, and identifying areas for efficiency improvement.
• Prepare and deliver clear and concise presentations to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Develop written communication skills by drafting reports, emails, and summaries related to ongoing projects.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize data, create spreadsheets, and produce analytical reports.
• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks on time and support departmental objectives.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions to gain industry knowledge and enhance professional skills.
• Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
