Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to manage data entry, inventory records, and our Shopify e-commerce product catalogue. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Shopify, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stock transfers, and product data.
- Upload, update, and manage products on Shopify, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, SKUs, and variants.
- Organize product categories, collections, and listings for easy navigation.
- Edit, retouch, resize, and optimize product images using Adobe Photoshop.
- Manage bulk product uploads and updates using Shopify CSV files.
- Prepare inventory and data reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to ensure accurate product and stock information.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy across all product listings.
Requirements
- Prior experience in data entry and e-commerce catalogue management.
- Practical Shopify experience in product uploading and catalogue maintenance.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for product image editing.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in retail, hardware, or e-commerce is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update e-commerce product catalogues across multiple online marketplaces, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Utilize Product Information Management (PIM) systems to maintain consistency and accuracy of product data.
- Prepare, validate, and import large volumes of product data using bulk CSV or Excel feeds.
- Perform regular inventory and pricing updates to reflect current stock levels and competitive pricing strategies.
- Create and optimize SEO-friendly product listings to enhance visibility and improve online search rankings.
- Maintain comprehensive records of product details, images, specifications, and descriptions.
- Coordinate with marketing and procurement teams to ensure product information aligns with business requirements.
- Use Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to analyze, process, and report product catalogue data.
- Apply basic Photoshop skills to edit product images, ensuring they meet platform standards and enhance customer appeal.
- Monitor marketplace listing performance and troubleshoot any listing-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and standards when managing product listings.
- Continuously review and improve data entry processes for efficiency and accuracy.
