Power System Analysyst

JME Energy & Automation is seeking a skilled Power System Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has at least three years of professional experience in the electrical domain and holds a comprehensive education equivalent to 16 years in electrical engineering or a closely related field. This role requires expertise in power system stability studies and the integration of renewable energy sources. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring grid stability and will manage a team of two professionals, coordinating efforts to design, analyze, and optimize power systems for enhanced performance and reliability. As a Power System Analyst at JME Energy & Automation, you will be responsible for performing detailed analyses on power system behavior, particularly focusing on stability and control. You will lead stability studies, evaluate the impact of renewable energy integration on grid operations, and develop control strategies to maintain system reliability. Additionally, managing the assigned team effectively is critical to delivering high-quality, timely results. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive power system stability studies to assess and improve grid reliability and performance.
• Analyze the impact of renewable energy integration on power grid stability and develop strategies to mitigate adverse effects.
• Perform grid stability and control analysis using advanced simulation and modeling tools to ensure optimal system operation.
• Lead and manage a team of two professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to achieve project goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement solutions that enhance power system efficiency and reliability.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project progress to stakeholders.
• Monitor evolving industry standards and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and integration into system designs.
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address power system vulnerabilities.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in power systems, renewable energy integration, and grid control methods.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to align on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
