The work.
You’ll help Justusability be a useful voice wherever people talk about usability and AI, and look after the community that grows around our videos. Each day starts with a short list of things that need doing. How well they’re done is up to your judgement.

Responsibilities
- Create engaging and relevant social media content aligned with Justusability’s brand and messaging.
- Manage and monitor multiple social media platforms to ensure timely posting and responses.
- Listen to social conversations to identify trending topics, community feedback, and potential usability concerns.
- Moderate and nurture the online community around Justusability’s video content to encourage constructive interaction.
- Analyze audience engagement data to optimize content strategy and enhance community involvement.
- Collaborate with the Justusability team to understand usability topics and translate them into accessible social media narratives.
- Identify and report usability issues found in digital products or real-world experiences to support content creation.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure all activities comply with company privacy and content guidelines.
- Complete assigned daily tasks independently while managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Experiment with AI chatbot tools and provide insights or opinions regarding their usability and impact.
- Document and share feedback from the social media community to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
