Kaizen Paints seeks an accomplished Group Head IT to lead its comprehensive IT strategy and operations. This pivotal role demands a seasoned IT executive with over 18 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in senior leadership such as CIO or Group Head IT. The successful candidate will possess a rich blend of expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, cybersecurity frameworks, IT infrastructure management, and digital transformation initiatives, ideally garnered in manufacturing, FMCG, chemical, or comparable blue-chip multinational environments. Reporting to group leadership, the role involves close collaboration with finance, commercial, and operational units to drive results that align technology with business goals. As the Group Head IT, you will oversee a team of four professionals, guiding the development and governance of enterprise IT architecture and digital capabilities. You will be responsible for shaping IT strategies across multiple entities, managing vendor relations, ensuring robust IT service and security management, and fostering an agile IT culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence. Your leadership will be vital in navigating complex regulatory landscapes, advancing technology adoption, and securing critical information assets to maintain Kaizen Paints’ competitive edge in the industry.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute the overall IT strategy, architecture, and governance aligning with Kaizen Paints' business objectives and growth plans.

Manage the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and manufacturing ERP solutions to enhance operational efficiency across multiple entities.

Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging cloud technologies including Azure and AWS, IoT integration, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations including NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, ITIL, and other relevant information security policies.

Oversee IT infrastructure management encompassing network architecture, server administration, cybersecurity defenses, and uptime management to guarantee optimal performance.

Develop and enforce data protection and cybersecurity protocols to safeguard corporate information assets and mitigate potential risks.

Lead IT service management activities, including vendor management, service level agreements (SLAs), and project management adhering to PMP or PRINCE2 methodologies.

Manage and mentor a team of four IT professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on innovation, responsiveness, and continuous learning.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including group leadership, finance, commercial teams, and plant operations to ensure technology solutions address business challenges effectively.

Assess technology investments and vendor capabilities, driving decisions that balance cost, performance, and strategic value.

Monitor IT performance metrics and lead initiatives to improve service delivery, system availability, and user satisfaction across all IT functions.

Champion compliance with information security policies, regulatory requirements, and IT governance frameworks to maintain a secure and resilient IT environment.

Promote enterprise architecture standards aligned with TOGAF principles to support scalable, interoperable technology solutions within the organization.

Facilitate smooth integration of new applications and systems such as LIMS, MES, and cloud-based platforms to support manufacturing and business intelligence needs.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry best practices to proactively recommend innovations and enhancements.
