Kallstar PVT LTD is seeking a skilled IT Manager with at least 3 years of experience to lead and oversee the company's information technology operations. The ideal candidate will manage a team of 20 persons and be responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure, ensuring network security, and implementing business continuity plans. This role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate resources effectively to support the organization's technology needs and drive operational excellence. The IT Manager will focus on maintaining and optimizing WAN and LAN infrastructure, managing network administration tasks, and enhancing IT security protocols. This position demands strong organizational and problem-solving skills to anticipate and resolve technology challenges. The manager will collaborate across departments to facilitate smooth IT service delivery and support business objectives in alignment with company goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 20 IT professionals to deliver high-quality IT services and support.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure including WAN and LAN networks.
- Plan and execute business continuity strategies to minimize downtime and ensure data integrity.
- Manage network administration tasks to ensure reliable and efficient network performance.
- Implement and enforce network security policies and procedures to protect company data and technology assets.
- Coordinate IT projects and upgrades while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Monitor and optimize IT systems and infrastructure for performance, reliability, and security.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to IT systems, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide timely IT solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts related to IT infrastructure and services.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations and industry best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
