While there is no requirement to manage a team, being capable of coordinating various content production aspects independently or collaboratively is important. Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth niche and competitor research to identify high-potential topics aligned with audience interests in English-speaking countries.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive YouTube channel strategy including branding, content planning, and growth tactics.
- Create professional, engaging English scripts that support strong storytelling suited for faceless video formats.
- Produce natural, clear, and high-quality voiceovers that enhance viewer retention and engagement.
- Edit videos professionally to create compelling narratives using original footage, animations, or stock resources ensuring compliance with YouTube monetization standards.
- Design attractive and effective thumbnails that increase click-through rates and represent video content accurately.
- Implement YouTube SEO practices including keyword research, title and description optimization, tagging, and playlist creation to maximize visibility and reach.
- Upload, schedule, and manage content publishing to maintain a consistent release timetable that encourages steady channel growth.
- Monitor channel analytics regularly to assess performance metrics such as views, watch time, audience retention, and revenue generation.
- Provide monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations to enhance channel effectiveness and audience satisfaction.
- Ensure all video content is original, high-quality, and strictly adheres to YouTube community guidelines and monetization policies.
- Collaborate transparently with Kanalwerk Media to align on goals, pricing, and future development possibilities including expanding to additional channels.
