Karobaar Plus Plus is seeking sincere, responsible, and compassionate individuals to join as Social Welfare Volunteers. This role offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to social welfare activities that support and uplift communities. Volunteers will play a central role in organizing and distributing welfare materials, coordinating effectively with beneficiaries, and participating actively in charitable initiatives. The position emphasizes working in an environment guided by Islamic values, making it ideal for individuals with a genuine interest in Islamic social welfare, charity, and community service. Volunteers will support various community welfare projects by maintaining accurate records and assisting in daily operations related to social support programs. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong empathy and active listening skills to understand and respond to the needs of the community. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it requires excellent collaboration skills to work alongside other volunteers and organizational staff to ensure smooth execution of welfare activities. Candidates should bring at least two years of relevant volunteer or community service experience to effectively contribute to this rewarding position.

Responsibilities

• Organize and distribute welfare materials to beneficiaries in a timely and respectful manner.
• Coordinate with community members and beneficiaries to understand their needs and provide appropriate support.
• Assist with planning and executing charitable activities and community welfare programs aligned with Islamic values.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to social welfare activities, including distribution logs and beneficiary details.
• Collaborate closely with other volunteers and staff members to ensure efficient workflow and coverage of social welfare services.
• Support community outreach initiatives that promote awareness and engagement in social welfare programs.
• Demonstrate empathy and active listening to effectively address the concerns and needs of beneficiaries.
• Adhere strictly to the principles and guidelines set by Karobaar Plus Plus regarding conduct and community service.
• Participate in regular volunteer meetings and training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and skills related to social welfare.
• Report any issues or challenges encountered in social welfare activities to supervisors promptly.
