Kasf Trader is seeking a Telephone Operator with at least one year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses strong multitasking abilities and excellent speaking skills to manage incoming and outgoing calls efficiently. This role requires handling customer inquiries, directing calls to relevant departments, and maintaining clear and professional communication at all times. As this position does not involve team management, the focus is on individual performance and reliability. The Telephone Operator serves as the first point of contact for clients and business associates, ensuring high-quality service and accurate information exchange. The position demands attentiveness, patience, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining composure under pressure. Strong verbal communication and quick problem-solving skills are essential to support Kasf Trader’s daily operations and customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously.
• Manage multiple calls simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
