Khatoon Industries Private Limited is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) to lead and oversee the manual testing processes within our organization. The ideal candidate brings at least 15 years of experience in quality assurance, demonstrating deep knowledge and expertise in manual testing methodologies. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a small but focused team, ensuring the highest standards of product quality and adherence to testing protocols. Your leadership will guide the team towards implementing effective test strategies and improving overall product reliability. As a Quality Assurance Manager at Khatoon Industries, you will design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual testing plans. You will monitor the quality of our products through detailed test case creation, execution, and defect tracking. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you ensure that products meet customer requirements and industry standards. Your experience will enable you to evaluate testing processes critically and implement improvements, thereby driving product excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the manual testing team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective test execution.
• Develop and implement detailed manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.
• Perform thorough manual testing to identify defects and ensure that all functionalities meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with development, product management, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve quality issues.
• Track, document, and report defects clearly and efficiently using appropriate tools and communicate findings to relevant teams.
• Monitor the quality assurance processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance testing efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality policies throughout all testing activities.
• Evaluate testing tools and methodologies to recommend and adopt process improvements and automation where appropriate.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for team members to foster professional growth.
• Prepare detailed reports on testing outcomes and quality metrics to inform management decisions.
