KHATTAK AUTO SPARE PARTS TRADING CO LLV is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Projects Manager to lead IT-related projects within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of project planning, risk management, and agile methodologies to successfully deliver complex projects on time and within scope. The Projects Manager will coordinate a team of one, ensuring all project phases align with both business needs and technical requirements. A strong foundation in software development life cycles and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and AI tools will empower the candidate to bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders effectively. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in IT coordination, business analysis, or project management and bring a keen interest in the latest technologies. Managing projects from conception through implementation, this role demands excellent communication skills, an ability to manage risks and issues effectively, and a passion for continuous learning. Experience in trading or distribution businesses is advantageous and will contribute to understanding the unique challenges and objectives within this industry.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage IT projects, ensuring delivery within defined scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and key milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and lead a small project team, providing clear direction, motivation, and support to meet project goals.
• Implement project scope management processes including scope definition, change control, and documentation.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on project outcomes.
• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to enhance project delivery, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with software developers and business units to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans.
• Oversee integration and implementation of e-commerce platforms and AI tools, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Monitor and report project progress to senior management, providing transparency into deliverables, timelines, risks, and resource utilization.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or ClickUp to maintain project documentation, track tasks, and manage workflows.
• Support software testing activities and coordinate with quality assurance teams to validate project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, development frameworks, and automation platforms to enhance project effectiveness.
• Foster effective communication channels across technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of project goals and challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement within project processes, recommending best practices and lessons learned to enhance future project success.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout project lifecycles.
