KHIRAD Signs is seeking a skilled Signboard Maker and Installer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, assembling, and installing various types of commercial signage. This role involves fabricating indoor and outdoor signboards, including 3D illuminated and non-illuminated letters, using materials such as acrylic, aluminum, ACP, stainless steel, and digitally printed mediums. The candidate must be proficient in metal fabrication techniques including cutting, welding, and grinding, as well as electrical work related to LED installation and wiring. The position requires precise on-site installation, ensuring proper measurement, alignment, and secure fixing of signage, often working at heights. This role manages a team of three individuals, requiring strong leadership to supervise and coordinate fabrication and installation tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate demonstrates responsibility, punctuality, quality consciousness, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and measurements accurately. Practical experience with fabrication tools and machinery is essential, along with familiarity with 3D illuminated letters, channel letters, and CNC or laser-cut signage technologies. Responsibilities

- Manufacture indoor and outdoor signboards using materials such as acrylic, aluminum, ACP, stainless steel, and digital prints.
- Fabricate metal frames, stands, and supporting structures by cutting, welding, and grinding metal components.
- Assemble 3D illuminated letters including electrical wiring and LED integration to create illuminated signage.
- Perform LED module and strip installations, connect power supplies, and troubleshoot electrical issues in illuminated signboards.
- Conduct on-site installations ensuring accurate measurements, proper alignment, secure wall mounting, and structural anchoring, including working safely at heights.
- Interpret and follow technical drawings and specifications for fabrications and installations.
- Oversee and manage a team of three team members, coordinating fabrication and installation activities efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe working environment and ensure the proper use and maintenance of all fabrication tools and machinery.
- Ensure quality control throughout fabrication and installation processes to deliver durable, professional signage.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.
- Stay updated on industry practices, materials, and new signage technologies including CNC and laser cutting methods.
- Report progress, challenges, and material requirements to the company management in a timely manner.
