Khurshid Textile Mills seeks an experienced Home Textile Production Manager to lead and oversee the production processes within the textile manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate holds at least five years of relevant experience and possesses strong capabilities in production planning, quality control, inventory management, supply chain coordination, and lean manufacturing principles. This role involves managing a team of 25 individuals, ensuring optimal productivity, maintaining high-quality standards, and coordinating all aspects of production operations to meet company goals and customer demands. The manager acts as a key leader who promotes efficient workflows, enforces safety protocols, and continuously improves manufacturing techniques to achieve operational excellence. The Home Textile Production Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective production strategies that align with the company’s objectives. This includes monitoring production schedules, managing resources carefully, and solving operational challenges promptly. The position requires collaboration with various departments, including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to maintain seamless supply chain activities and uphold strict quality compliance. Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise the entire production process for home textile products to ensure adherence to production goals and deadlines.
• Manage and guide a team of 25 production staff by setting clear performance targets, conducting regular reviews, and providing ongoing training and development.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards by implementing rigorous quality control procedures and conducting systematic inspections at all stages of production.
• Coordinate inventory management activities to maintain optimal stock levels, reduce waste, and avoid production delays due to material shortages.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to oversee the timely procurement and delivery of raw materials necessary for manufacturing operations.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to streamline production workflows, minimize downtime, and improve operational efficiency across all departments.
• Monitor production metrics and generate detailed reports to identify trends, address inefficiencies, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing all safety regulations and conducting risk assessments regularly.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, quality assurance, and logistics to ensure seamless production cycles and timely distribution of finished goods.
• Drive continuous improvement projects focused on enhancing product quality, reducing costs, and increasing overall productivity.
• Address and resolve operational issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to the production schedule.
• Ensure that all machinery and equipment are maintained according to schedule and coordinate necessary repairs or upgrades in a timely manner.
