The ideal candidate possesses at least four years of experience in sales, demonstrating a strong ability to convert prospects into customers professionally. This role focuses on promoting and selling cooking-related products, requiring comprehensive knowledge of these products to effectively address customer needs and queries. The Salesperson must consistently uphold professionalism and deliver excellent customer service to maintain and grow our customer base. In this position, the Salesperson will engage directly with customers to build strong relationships, understand their requirements, and offer tailored cooking solutions. While this role does not involve team management, it demands excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with other staff and contribute to the overall success of the sales department. The Salesperson will also support marketing initiatives by providing valuable feedback from customers to help improve our product offerings and sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential and existing customers to promote and sell cooking-related products.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of cooking products to effectively answer customer questions and provide product recommendations.
• Utilize strong conversion skills to turn inquiries into sales, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during all customer interactions to enhance the company's reputation.
• Build and sustain long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up and dedicated service.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to inform marketing and product development teams.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management, outlining sales performance and customer insights.
• Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Handle customer complaints or issues promptly, ensuring solutions that satisfy both the customer and company policies.
