We manage end-to-end commercial pipelines connecting overseas manufacturing hubs directly to international consumer markets.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SSG Inc. is seeking a dedicated, highly organized, and multi-skilled Personal Assistant & E-Commerce Coordinator. This role directly supports the CEO, balancing one-on-one executive assistance with daily e-commerce store operations, vendor communication, and international logistics management.

Responsibilities

1. Executive & Founder Support

Calendar & Agendas: Manage the CEO's daily schedule, appointments, priority action items, and executive follow-ups.

Correspondence: Screen, prioritize, and draft professional business correspondence, memos, and internal briefs.

Travel Logistics: Organize comprehensive domestic and international travel itineraries, flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and visa workflows.

Confidentiality: Maintain absolute discretion handling proprietary business operations, contracts, and financial data.

2. E-Commerce Store & Operations Management

Catalog Updates: Create, update, and manage product listings, technical descriptions, pricing rules, and images across Shopify/WooCommerce.

Storefront UI/UX: Monitor website banners, collection pages, and checkout conversion flows for physical product lines.

Order Fulfillment: Track stock balances across warehouse locations, manage replenishment alerts, and handle customer order escalations.

3. Global Sourcing & Freight Coordination

Vendor Communication: Communicate directly with overseas manufacturers (principally in China via Alibaba, 1688, and factory direct contacts).

Sample Approvals: Request product samples, inspect production specifications, and follow up on manufacturing timelines.

Freight Tracking: Coordinate with shipping agents and freight forwarders to monitor customs clearance and delivery schedules.

Travel Representation: Accompany or support the CEO on international business trips to inspect factories, evaluate products, and attend trade exhibitions.

4. Digital Marketing Support

Campaign Rollouts: Assist with promotional scheduling, creative asset management, and monitoring basic campaign metrics on Meta Ads and digital channels.
