GRC - FE Developer

Description

Kinetic Solutions seeks an experienced GRC - Front-End Developer with over five years of professional front-end development expertise. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong skills in React or Angular frameworks, complemented by proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS. This role requires hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux or NgRx and proven ability in building right-to-left (RTL) and Arabic-supported applications. The developer will work on complex, data-intensive enterprise user interfaces with role-based access control and form-heavy workflows to deliver seamless and efficient user experiences. The position involves collaborating in Agile and Scrum environments, utilizing Git and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to maintain code quality and streamline releases. Candidates should possess strong communication skills in English, with Arabic language proficiency considered a significant advantage. Although this role does not involve team management, the developer will contribute to cross-functional collaborations and support the advancement of front-end technologies within Kinetic Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality front-end applications using React or Angular frameworks.
• Implement responsive, accessible, and visually engaging user interfaces compatible with RTL and Arabic language settings.
• Manage application state efficiently using Redux, NgRx, or similar state management tools.
• Integrate data visualization elements using charting libraries such as Highcharts, ECharts, D3.js, or Chart.js.
• Design and implement role-based access controls and support complex form-heavy workflows in enterprise applications.
• Collaborate closely with back-end developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver robust solutions.
• Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Maintain version control using Git and support CI/CD pipeline implementation to ensure smooth deployment processes.
• Perform thorough code reviews, contributing to team knowledge sharing and maintaining coding standards.
• Continuously improve front-end development processes, tools, and techniques to enhance application performance and quality.
• Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies, methodologies, and industry trends relevant to GRC and enterprise software.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly with team members and stakeholders in English, leveraging Arabic language skills when beneficial.
