Knox Solar Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Incharge to oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience and will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, ensuring accurate stock control, and maintaining the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This role involves coordinating supply chain activities, utilizing SAP Inventory Management tools, and generating regular reports to support operational objectives. As a Warehouse Incharge, the candidate will lead a team of five members, ensuring seamless workflow, adherence to safety protocols, and timely execution of warehouse processes. The Warehouse Incharge plays a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy and optimizing storage space while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills to supervise and motivate the team, implement best practices in stock reconciliation, and collaborate with supply chain partners to enhance overall efficiency. This position demands a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, contributing significantly to the smooth functioning of Knox Solar Pvt Ltd’s warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including inventory management, stock control, and storage optimization to ensure operational efficiency.
• Implement and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP Inventory Management for tracking and managing stock accurately.
• Supervise and guide a team of five warehouse staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct regular stock reconciliation and audits to maintain accurate inventory records and minimize discrepancies.
• Coordinate supply chain activities by collaborating with procurement, logistics, and distribution teams to streamline receiving and dispatching processes.
• Prepare and present detailed operational reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
• Develop and enforce warehouse policies and procedures in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in inventory handling and warehouse layout.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, minimizing delays and errors in the dispatch process.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and ensure the warehouse environment is safe, clean, and compliant with health and safety guidelines.
