Kohistan Group is seeking an experienced Heavy Machinery Incharge / Foreman to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of heavy machinery at project sites. The ideal candidate leads a team of 30 persons, ensuring that all equipment functions efficiently and safely in accordance with company and regulatory standards. This role requires coordinating project activities related to machinery use, supervising the inspection and repair processes, and managing technical troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain productivity. The Heavy Machinery Incharge / Foreman plays a pivotal role in enforcing safety compliance and optimizing equipment performance through systematic monitoring and preventive maintenance. The successful candidate collaborates extensively with project teams to schedule machinery use, streamline workflows, and provide technical guidance to team members. This position demands a hands-on leader who can effectively manage resources, motivate personnel, and ensure adherence to operational standards within a dynamic work environment.

Job Description
- Supervise and manage heavy machinery operations at the project site.
- Allocate machinery and operators according to daily site requirements.
- Monitor equipment performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance.
- Conduct daily machinery inspections and report faults/breakdowns.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of all machinery.
- Supervise operators and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Coordinate with site management and maintenance teams.
- Maintain machinery and operational records.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Required: Relevant construction/site experience, machinery handling knowledge, and strong supervisory skills.
