Kopak Chemicals and Paints is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant with 6 months to 1 year of experience who has foundational knowledge of sales and is eager to engage in market visits. The ideal candidate must have a personal bike with a valid driving license to facilitate travel and customer interaction. The Sales Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting sales activities by maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and assisting with product promotion. This position is suited for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, is willing to travel locally to meet clients, and is ready to learn and develop their sales skills within the chemical and paints industry.
Responsibilities
- Visit potential and existing clients to promote company products.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to explore potential customers.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.

- Requirements
- Minimum Intermediate qualification; bachelor’s degree holders will also be considered.
