Krinex Green Energy invites motivated candidates to join its lithium battery assembly team as interns in Bin Qasim, Karachi. This internship offers hands-on experience in battery component handling, battery testing, and data recording, providing an excellent opportunity to learn about lithium battery assembly processes. Interns will engage directly in assembling, packing, and helping activities under professional supervision, gaining valuable industry knowledge. Knowledge of electrical concepts or relevant experience is preferred, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and strictly adhere to workplace safety procedures are essential. This is a paid internship designed to develop practical skills and may lead to permanent employment based on performance and availability. The internship duration is one month and includes work responsibilities at the company’s site located in Bin Qasim Industrial Park. Participants will work in a structured environment focused on quality, safety, and efficiency. The role requires commitment, attention to detail, and adherence to operational protocols to contribute effectively to battery assembly tasks. Interns do not have team management responsibilities but will collaborate with the assembly line team to support production and quality control objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the handling and preparation of battery components ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
• Perform assembly tasks accurately under supervision following standard operating procedures.
• Conduct battery testing and accurately record test data to maintain quality standards.
• Support packing of finished battery units securely and systematically for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area to meet safety and operational standards.
• Learn and apply workplace safety procedures to ensure personal and team safety.
• Report any issues or deviations in the assembly process to supervisors promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality requirements.
• Participate in training sessions to develop skills related to lithium battery assembly and testing.
• Follow instructions carefully and ask questions to clarify tasks for efficient completion.
