Ladies Saloon Milan is seeking dedicated and skilled Ladies Saloon Staff to join our dynamic team. This role requires professionals with at least three years of experience who excel in delivering exceptional hair and beauty services with a strong focus on precision and client satisfaction. Candidates will play an integral role in providing a range of services including hair cutting, styling, coloring, facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, and makeup application, ensuring that each client leaves feeling confident and rejuvenated. The position includes working under strict sanitation and hygiene standards, adhering to beauty product knowledge, and offering excellent customer service. This role also involves managing a vibrant team of 24 members, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment. The successful candidate will benefit from a comprehensive onboarding process including two months of basic Italian language classes with salary provided during this period, accommodation, and a valid work permit. The ideal candidate will be an Indian or Pakistani passport holder aged between 21 and 35 years, ready to embrace a rewarding career with Ladies Saloon Milan.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and coloring services with precision and creativity.
• Perform facials and skincare treatments using industry-approved techniques and products.
• Carry out waxing and threading services maintaining high hygiene standards.
• Administer manicures and pedicures with attention to detail and client comfort.
• Apply makeup suited to client preferences and occasions, enhancing their natural beauty.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand needs and suggest suitable treatments.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and hygiene practices to maintain a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty products and trends to provide expert advice to clients.
• Deliver excellent customer service, handling client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate effectively within a team of 24 staff members, promoting a positive work atmosphere.
• Participate actively in the basic Italian language training to support communication within the team and with clients.
• Adhere to workplace policies including punctuality, attendance, and dress code.
