Latif Brothers (Instruments) is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer (Analytical) to join our team. In this role, you will apply your expertise in electrical circuit analysis and fault diagnosis to ensure the proper installation, servicing, and support of analytical electrical instruments. You will work closely with other team members to troubleshoot and optimize electrical and electronic systems, contributing to the reliability and performance of our products. This position requires a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles and practical experience with electrical testing and repair techniques, especially relating to analytical instruments. The ideal candidate holds at least a Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or an MS in Applied Physics and has a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Your comprehensive understanding of electrical and electronic systems, combined with your ability to apply testing methods and resolve issues effectively, will support the company’s goals in delivering high-quality analytical equipment solutions. This role does not involve managing a team but requires excellent independent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical circuit analysis and short-circuit analysis to evaluate system performance and safety.
- Install, service, and maintain electrical instruments and analytical products in compliance with company and safety standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in electrical and electronic systems, implementing corrective measures promptly.
- Conduct testing and calibration of analytical electrical devices to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with product development teams to support design improvements and technical documentation.
- Monitor and maintain electrical system integrity during installation and maintenance activities.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance and troubleshooting activities for analytical instruments.
- Support customer queries and technical issues related to electrical products and systems when required.
- Stay updated with advancements in electrical engineering technologies relevant to analytical instrumentation.
