Description
We're a growing affiliate and lead generation company looking for a Full Stack Developer (PHP/Laravel+Conversion Tracking) to join our team.
This is not a traditional full-stack role. We're looking for someone who understands how websites, APIs, tracking systems, CRMs, buyer integrations, and advertising platforms work together.
You'll help build, maintain, and troubleshoot the systems that power our lead generation business, ensuring leads are tracked correctly, delivered reliably, and attributed accurately across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with conversion tracking, server-side integrations, lead routing, and backend development, and can independently solve technical issues without requiring step-by-step guidance.
Required availability: Monday-Friday, 2:00PM - 5:00PM Pacific Time
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, and MySQL
- Implement and troubleshoot Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions, TikTok Events API, pixels, postbacks, webhooks, and server-side tracking
- Configure and maintain conversion tracking and attribution systems
- Build and improve lead routing logic, buyer integrations, and API connections
- Troubleshoot missing leads, broken tracking, attribution discrepancies, and API failures
Understand and support the complete lead flow:
Form Submission→ Backend→ Database→ Lead Router→ Buyer API/CRM→ Tracking Platform→ Ad Platform
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Build internal dashboards, admin tools, automations, scripts, and API middleware
- Integrate lead forms with CRMs, buyer systems, and marketing platforms
- Optimize and troubleshoot MySQL databases and backend processes
- Support implementation of tracking solutions using UTMs, click IDs, and attribution parameters
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure accurate reporting and conversion attribution
- Assist with workflow automation and AI-powered internal tools where appropriate
- Document systems, integrations, and implementation processes
- Work independently and proactively identify and resolve technical issues before they impact operations
- Maintain availability during the required Pacific Time support window to assist with system monitoring and troubleshooting
