Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 12 professionals to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Develop and implement cohesive marketing strategies that amplify brand presence and promote services.
• Coordinate all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Create detailed, persuasive proposals to secure new projects and partnerships.
• Manage financial planning aspects such as budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation related to projects.
• Promote the company and its services through various marketing and self-promotion activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and marketing objectives.
