Leatherware (Pvt.) Ltd., a prominent manufacturer and exporter of sports balls, is seeking experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementation Specialists to lead the deployment of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) within its manufacturing environment. The specialist will be instrumental in planning, configuring, testing, and launching the ERP system to streamline manufacturing and operational processes. This role involves close collaboration with multiple departments, ensuring that the solution aligns with business needs while enhancing efficiency and integration across functions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in implementing Dynamics 365 F&O, with in-depth knowledge of finance, supply chain, inventory, procurement, and production modules. Responsibilities include managing data migration, system integration, user acceptance testing, and providing post-implementation support. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are critical to effectively coordinate with stakeholders and facilitate smooth project execution. This role requires at least two years of relevant experience and the ability to work independently without managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support all phases of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with departments such as Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, and Production to analyze and document their business processes and requirements.
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet specified business needs, including business process flow configuration and functional testing.
• Manage and coordinate data migration activities ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the transition.
• Oversee system integration efforts to connect Dynamics 365 with existing systems and third-party applications seamlessly.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing to validate solution functionality and resolve any issues prior to system launch.
• Identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements leveraging Dynamics 365 capabilities to increase operational efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver user training and develop functional documentation to support system adoption.
• Provide ongoing functional support after implementation to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams to ensure timely project delivery and align solutions with organizational goals.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and best practices in ERP deployment.
