Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets.
• Generate new business opportunities through lead generation and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers using CRM tools to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct consultative selling by understanding client needs and presenting appropriate products or services.
• Negotiate sales agreements to close deals favorably while maintaining company profitability.
• Manage and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and closure of opportunities.
• Design and analyze customer surveys to gather insights for improving marketing approaches.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of seven sales and marketing personnel to maximize productivity and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Ensure effective communication within the team and provide regular status updates to senior management.
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Plan and schedule daily activities, including traveling to client locations within the specified areas, utilizing owned transportation.
• Adhere to company policies and standards while performing all job duties efficiently and professionally.
