Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage payroll preparation and maintain accurate employee records for both contractual and permanent employees for a manufacturing factory.
Requirements
- ACCA qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proven experience in labour payroll and wage preparation for contractual and permanent employees.
- Strong record-keeping, numerical, and organizational skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly / weekly labour wages and payroll for contractual and permanent employees.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, working hours, overtime, deductions, and wages.
- Verify labour wage calculations and ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Maintain up-to-date employee payroll files and supporting documentation.
- Prepare payroll reports and wage summaries for management.
- Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of employee payroll information.
- Assist with other accounting and record-keeping duties as required.
