At Live Solution, we are seeking a talented SQA Engineer with at least three years of experience to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will specialize in manual testing and test case design to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. This role requires thorough attention to detail and a commitment to identifying software defects early in the development cycle to guarantee superior performance and reliability. The SQA Engineer will work closely with development teams to improve product quality across multiple projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the testing processes. The role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about quality assurance and manual testing methodologies but does not currently manage a team. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining effective test cases, reporting issues clearly, and supporting development teams in fixing defects. By contributing your skills and experience, you will help Live Solution maintain its competitive edge by delivering robust and reliable software solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute detailed manual test cases based on product requirements and specifications.
- Identify, record, and track software defects accurately and clearly using appropriate tools.
- Collaborate closely with software developers to understand feature functionality and provide feedback on quality issues.
- Perform functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and system testing as required.
- Analyze test results, generate test reports, and communicate results to project stakeholders.
- Validate bug fixes and verify that issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Participate in requirement analysis to ensure testability and contribute to improving product design.
- Maintain and update test documentation continuously to reflect changes and improvements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met across all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes and methodologies.
- Ensure that all test activities comply with industry best practices and company quality standards.
