Full Stack Developer (Mern)

Description

Logic Mox is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer specializing in the MERN stack to join their on-site team in Johar Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience and a passion for building complete, end-to-end web applications and services. This role requires proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and MongoDB, along with strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, TypeScript, and relational databases such as SQL. The developer will be responsible for crafting scalable APIs, managing databases, and developing a variety of features related to payments, analytics, and artificial intelligence. Working closely with a team of five, the candidate will take ownership of features throughout the full development cycle, from conception to deployment. The position demands excellent collaboration skills and the ability to contribute to team projects using Git and modern development workflows. In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, the Full Stack Developer will leverage modern web technologies including React with Next.js for frontend development and Node.js for backend services. The role involves active teamwork to build integrations and deliver high-quality software solutions that align with product and business goals. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust RESTful APIs to support frontend applications and third-party integrations.
• Design, implement, and manage relational and non-relational databases, ensuring data consistency and performance.
• Build scalable frontend features using React and Next.js, emphasizing usability and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with the team to design and deliver payment processing, analytics, and AI-powered features.
• Own software components from design stages through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Utilize TypeScript and ES6+ JavaScript to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Use Git version control to manage codebase collaboratively and facilitate team workflows.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and improve application functionality.
• Identify and resolve software defects, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities promptly.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving team coding standards and best practices.
