Description
Under the direct supervision of the PMC based in Chaman
To receive and record new stock as it comes in, and to move stock onto trucks or store shelves as needed. The incumbent helps schedule work, monitors stock levels at the warehouse and knows when stock needs to be replenished.
Receive, identify, record, store and dispatch goods accurately and on time.
Organize and maintain inventory and the storage area.
Monitor stock levels and flag when replenishment is required.
Maintain item records and report on the status of the warehouse.

SKILLS
Bachelors / Diploma with relevant experience
2 years of relevant experience in warehouse, store or inventory management
Good written and spoken English and Urdu. Working knowledge of MS Office and inventory records.

Achieve high levels of satisfaction among internal users through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring the quality of goods.
Receive and record new stock as it comes in, and move stock onto trucks or store shelves as needed.
Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy.
- Inventory and storage area management
Organize and maintain inventory and the storage area.
Monitor stock levels at the warehouse and know when to replenish stock.
Maintain item records, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
- Planning, reporting and improvement
Create work schedules and assist in assigning workload to warehouse workers.
Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and performance.
Identify areas of improvement and propose new or adjusted work procedures and practices.
- Coordination and support
Interface with internal users and project staff to answer questions or solve problems.
Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
Communicate job expectations and coach junior warehouse workers, where applicable.
Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
