About the Role
Logixa LAB is looking for a creative and technically skilled Fashion Designer passionate about contemporary Eastern wear, modular fashion, and customization. The ideal candidate will develop innovative clothing designs with interchangeable components, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern design concepts and digital 3D garment development.
Key Responsibilities
* Design contemporary Eastern-wear silhouettes, cuts, and styles.
* Develop modular garment components, including necklines, sleeves, collars, hemlines, and patterns.
* Stay updated with emerging fashion trends, youth culture, and evolving Gen Z style preferences.
* Translate current trends into fresh, distinctive, and original designs that reflect the individuality and lifestyle of the Gen Z audience.
* Bring a strong creative perspective to every collection, exploring unconventional ideas, unique details, and contemporary interpretations of Eastern wear.
* Create technical sketches, production flats, and detailed garment specifications.
* Research fabrics, textiles, trims, and sustainable materials.
* Collaborate with master tailors, pattern cutters, and 3D garment artists.
* Review samples, evaluate garment fitting, and improve construction details.
* Maintain standardized design documentation and component compatibility guidelines.
Required Skills & Tools
* Strong fashion illustration and technical sketching skills.
* Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or Procreate.
* Knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, fabric selection, and stitching techniques.
* Understanding of Eastern-wear design and tailoring.
* Knowledge of CLO3D or Marvelous Designer (considered a strong advantage).
* Strong creative thinking, trend awareness, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Responsibilities
- Design contemporary Eastern-wear silhouettes, patterns, and modular garment components suitable for youth and Gen Z styles.
- Translate fashion trends, cultural influences, and consumer preferences into original, market-ready designs.
- Create clear and detailed technical sketches, production flats, and garment specification documents to guide manufacturing.
- Research and integrate sustainable materials, textile innovations, and eco-friendly trims into designs.
- Collaborate with pattern cutters, master tailors, and 3D garment artists to examine samples and optimize garment construction.
- Develop tech packs including detailed annotations for fabrics, trims, construction techniques, and quality standards.
- Evaluate garment fit and sewing techniques to ensure comfort, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
- Implement repeat pattern and textile print design aligned with brand aesthetics and market demand.
- Analyze consumer and market signals regularly to inform design strategies and maintain trend relevance.
- Work closely with production teams to address technical challenges and facilitate smooth product development cycles.
