Lord Consultant seeks an experienced Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in classroom management and at least 8 years of teaching experience. This role involves guiding and educating students while managing classroom dynamics effectively to create a positive learning environment. Additionally, the Teacher will lead and coordinate a team of 20 persons, ensuring collaboration and support among staff to achieve educational goals. The successful candidate demonstrates a commitment to fostering students' academic growth and development through engaging lesson plans and active participation in school activities. The Teacher collaborates closely with other educators, parents, and administration to implement curriculum standards and address the needs of diverse learners. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage classroom behavior, and leadership in supervising and mentoring team members. The role also emphasizes continuous professional development and adapting teaching methods to meet evolving educational requirements and student needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Manage classroom behavior to maintain a productive and respectful learning environment.
• Lead and supervise a team of 20 educational staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate educational programs and share instructional strategies.
• Assess student progress regularly through evaluations, assignments, and observations.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development and classroom activities.
• Organize and participate in school events, meetings, and professional development sessions.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of students with varying abilities.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other student information.
• Promote a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and respect.
