Lotte Chemical Pakistan is looking for a dedicated Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure health and safety compliance within the workplace. This role involves managing a team of 30 persons, coordinating workflow, and maintaining high standards of productivity and safety. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in a supervisory role, demonstrating strong leadership abilities and a commitment to operational excellence. The Supervisor ensures that all operational processes run smoothly, monitors team performance, and fosters a safe and efficient working environment. This position requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to motivate and guide the team to achieve organizational goals. The Supervisor also plays a critical role in enforcing regulatory requirements and company policies related to health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of 30 personnel, ensuring clear communication and effective delegation of tasks.
• Oversee daily operations to maintain smooth workflow and meet production targets.
• Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address safety hazards or operational inefficiencies.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their performance and adherence to safety practices.
• Coordinate with different departments to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to team performance, safety compliance, and operational metrics.
• Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts to sustain a positive work environment.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Lead efforts to continuously improve workplace safety culture and operational effectiveness.
