Loy Labor is seeking a Manager with a strong focus on recruitment marketing to drive the growth of our home service technician app in the market. The ideal candidate will leverage their marketing abilities and recruitment expertise to increase the app’s market presence and user adoption. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it requires someone who can independently develop and implement strategies to attract and retain service technicians through innovative marketing and recruitment efforts. The Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to understand market trends and user needs, ensuring that the app’s promotional activities align with business goals. The role requires a proactive individual with at least three years of experience who can take initiative to grow the user base and brand awareness without direct team management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies to grow the user base of the home service technician app.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for increasing app adoption among service technicians.
